We accept various gift vouchers and coupons. Below you’ll find all the practical information per provider.

 

 

Bongo

Do you have a Bongo gift voucher? You can visit us on the day of your choice without reservation, simply bring your voucher. Our colleague on site will provide you with all the necessary information and the departure times for that day.

 

 

Surprisefactory

Do you have a Surprisefactory voucher? You can also come to us without reservation on the day of your choice, with your voucher. We will provide you with all practical details and departure times.

  • Important: if your voucher includes a lunch or dinner, you may reserve the restaurant of your choice in advance. You must first hand in your Surprise voucher at our desk, after which you will receive a separate voucher to give to the restaurant.

 

 

Weekendesk, Get Your Guide, Tiqets, Musement, Civitatis, Viator & Buendia

For these providers, the same rule as Bongo applies: you can visit us on the day of your choice without reservation with your voucher. On site, you’ll receive all the necessary information and departure times.
